The Hajdúhadház Police is arresting the person who is driving during the period of disqualification in all cases, and initiate fast-track procedure against them.
They have done it a few days ago when they checked a driver who was permanently banned from driving.
The 30 years-old man had no driving licence and consumed alcohol.
The Municipal Court of Debrecen banned him from driving in 2008 and 2009.
This offense is punishable by imprisonment hence he was arrested by the officers. He has been responsible for the same offense several occasions previously.
The Municipal Court sentenced him for 40 days imprisonment in the fast track procedure the day before yesterday.
His solicitor appealed against the verdict, the offenderwill stay in custody.
A different procedure is ongoing in the drunken-driving offense.
