On Saturday, Zdenek Scasny head coach of the Hungarian champion football team Debrecen resigned from his post following a defeat against Siófok. The leaders of the club accepted his decision.

On the website of DVSC-TEVA it is written that the person of the new coach will be certain in a few days. Zdenek Scasny replaced András Herceg in December but he didn’t come up to expectations. Under his leadership the team win only once, had 3 draws and was defeated 3 times in the Monicomp League. In the League Cup finals, they were defeated by Paks and it was Kecskemét that made them quit the Hungarian Cup. As it stands DVSC is not able to participate in any international cups because they are only at the 6th place in the championship.
