The 24 years old Sándor K. was caught on the street, he was taken into detention on 18 February.
A warrant of caption was issued against the perpetrator on 15 February; he asked young women to give him money because his suitcase was stolen and he could not make phone calls to his relatives to Germany.
A procedure was initiated against him on the reasonable suspicion of fraud.
